If you like sim racing, then there’s only one place to be, E3 June 13th-15th 2017 in Los Angeles. If the event isn’t good enough reason alone, Thrustmaster have just announced they will unveil 4 world exclusives!
For the first time “EVER” in public they will be showing off their top notch, state of the art, racing wheel for PS4. The wheel is called the T-GT, which seems quite apt.
It’s a good thing that ISRTV’s very own John Sabol will be at E3. Expect some much anticipated feedback, news and views on the wheel.
In other news, on the Xbox and Windows platforms, Thrustmaster will also be unveiling a high-end wheel at the Xbox One booth. No further info was provided but the more the merrier.
Also worthy of mentioning is Thrustmaster will be joined by Codemasters and other racing partners. Plus there will be an announcement of a partnership with a world-class automotive supplier which will include some product demonstrations.
Along with racing wheels, Thrustmaster has an extensive range of peripherals for “other” sims including a unveiling new product exclusive with Frontier Developments to use with its space trading sim, Elite Dangerous. There will also be a couple of flight sim demos doing the rounds with various flight sticks by Thrustmaster.
All in all, Thrustmaster will have 4 stations each for race sims and flight sims – this should keep John busy!
