After an absence of two years, the disbanded sim racing developers, SimBin Studios resurfaces in England under new leadership! SimBin are probably best known for such titles as GTR, GTR2, GT Legends, and Race07. The new studio will be located in the North West of England. Leading the new team will be the former Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe and Route 1 Games producer, Allan Speed.
The new SimBin Studios has had a helping hand in re-establishing itself from the original team, now Sector3 Studios in Sweden. SimBin’s immediate and core focus will be concentrated on the creation of cross-platform racing titles for current and next-gen platforms.
It is great to see the studio re-joining the ranks of the established studios! I am sure many sim racers will be excited at the prospect of new content emanating from the new studio in the coming months and years. Just which direction the new titles will take is anyone’s guess right now. As soon as we learn more on the direction of SimBin Studios UK, you will be the first to know!

*New Start, New Location for SimBin Studios
SimBin Studios, renowned for their racing games is back in business with a brand new UK office in the North-West of England. The Studio is to be headed up by industry veteran, Allan Speed and in collaboration with Sector3 Studios. The focus will be on developing cross platform titles for the current and next gen platforms, primarily in the racing genre.

Sector3 Studios and Simbin Studios UK have also partnered up with racing driver Mathias Lauda to provide his expertise, insight and support for their up and coming racing projects.
Mathias Lauda is an Austrian race driver and is the son of three-time Formula One world champion Niki Lauda.
Sector3 Studios AB is a Swedish game developer currently working on RaceRoom Racing Experience, a F2P title available on Steam and committed to the creation of realistic championship experiences for motorsport series worldwide, including; DTM, ADAC GT Masters, and the WTCC.
