napoleonscowboyhat 0 Report post Posted August 4, 2020 Pin snapped on my BMW wheel and looking for something to stand in while I fix ruin it or wait 10 years for Fanatec to fix. I'm really open to anything that will fit on my CSW 2.5. I'm in TX.
Ronin 3 Report post Posted August 5, 2020 You should be able to do it yourself if you are handy. Just be careful and take your time. In the video, there is an unused pin that you can put in place of the broken one. Hope this helps
napoleonscowboyhat 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2020 I'm going to do that today! Want a backup in case this ever happens again. I'm used to swapping Xbox joysticks so hopefully this will be doable. This is also a good reference if anyone ever has this problem and ends up here -- https://fanatec.redfirecracker.co.uk/
Gat1in 1 Report post Posted August 5, 2020 If you cannot fix your wheel I have this one still for sale. It's basic, but works well and works on a 2.5 wheelbase. https://www.isrtv.com/forums/topic/31878-fanatec-p1-steering-wheels-120-shipped/
