Shaun Cole 10 Report post Posted July 12, 2011 So after many hours of work reconstructing my Logitech G27 it is back and in the new form of the ARC Team G27 E wheel mod. This completely changes the power of the Logitech wheel. It is expensive, It is trick, and it is very worth seeing.

Defcon Won 1 Report post Posted July 12, 2011 Looks like a true nightmare to do! $950 to buy one straight up? Or $442 (plus initial cost)? To charge like that I assume they really do know what they're doing. A lot of money for a mod and not a whole new engineered product. Would it really be worth it for someone looking to step up in set up to do this vs. a T500 and SST shifter? Hard to see that lasting terribly long. The FFB in CM titles worries the hell out of me with the knocking around as it is, making that even stronger just doesn't seem like a great idea. I'd like to see Shaun's G27 treated like one of those long term car reviews. Update us on it every couple of months. BTW, Shaun, do you not have the race frame anymore from your rig video a while back? I think you guys need a new video.
tin-cup-70 1 Report post Posted July 13, 2011 Now that was a fun episode, i laughed my ass of when Shaun powerd the thing up But the mod, they can't be serious, for that money you can buy a very fancy Fanatec or T5oo with a nice rig. I can't see anyone buying this to be honest, there are way better options out there.
