godspd 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2018 Budget less than $1000. Looking for a sturdy static rig that feels realistic. I will be using a Thrustmaster TS-PC wheel, Clubsport Fanatec Inverted pedals, Thrustmaster TH8 shifter and 3 screens (23 inch, will upgrade to 27 later). I have just ordered all the PC parts, pedals and steering. Things that are important to me that it feels similar to when I am sitting in a car (realistic, I drive a MX-5 for SCCA Solo and Time Trial). I am all ears for any recommendations or tips you may have.
Sand_Baggin 3 Report post Posted April 20, 2018 (edited) SimLabs GT1 or P1 with triple screen bracket mount are excellent choice. I have the p1. https://sim-lab.eu/ Edited April 20, 2018 by Sand_Baggin

vchengap 1 Report post Posted April 23, 2018 Are there any US distributors of rigs like Rseat and Sim-lab? If not, what does shipping run on something like this?
godspd 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2018 Typically I have seen shipping cost of around $200 from EU, which is why I have been looking at local options. I have been inclining towards Ricmotech's APX series, any opinion?

They charged only US$50 to ship from Europe to California via UPS 2day air, that's cheaper than shipping from east coast! The thing was like 120 pounds and I had to help the UPS driver unload it!
