Rafael Amorim 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2018 So... My G25 wheel just broke... was playing Assetto Corsa and suddenly my wheel stopped working while I was smelling burnt circuit. Shut the extension cord down, and yeah... Dead. My parents gifted me my Logitech G25 5 years ago when I came to university, I still didn't finish and as it is usual, I don't have a lot of money (won't ask my parents, don't like to ask them anything), so I want to replace my G25 wheel (only the wheel base since the pedals and shifter are in good conditions), what do you guys advise me to get? (I think the best option is to get something used since everything I saw new is so expensive ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Rafael Amorim 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2018 Yes, I was seeing an adapter, and on ebay there are adapters for both shifter and pedals for only 20€, so that's taken care of, now the wheel base I can't seem to find a solution since every G25 I see for sale is everything included, and also I'm afraid of it being half-broken since it's so old EDIT: I'm looking in the used market of my country, and saw a Thrustmaster TX racing wheel 458 Italia edition for 220€, is it a good option? Wolf68k 20 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 Thrustmaster TX is a very good wheel. It'll be a noticeable upgrade from the G25. And at 220€ that's a good price. I looked at a couple different European Amazon sites, they list it for 380€. Keep in mind there is no shifter and the basic TX is 2 pedal not 3, but again with an adapter you can still use your Logitech stuff.
