What am I doing wrong

Good morning all... I have my setup up and running thanks to all the great info in this thread...

Parts list
1. Sure Electronics AA-AB33182 4x100W at 4 Ohm Class D Digital Audio Amplifier Board and power supply

4. Dayton Audio BST-1 High Power Pro Tactile Bass Shaker 50 Watts

1. Sound blaster z series sound card (but using onboard audio for the shakers)
Onboard set to quadraphonic both in Windows sound and Realtec Audio manager and volumes all set correctly.

Wired as the photo shows.... I believe I have everything set up correctly in Sim Commander Chassis mode and I'm getting the correct feed back when clicking on each tire.
My Problem is the feeling and strength of the shakers is completely underwhelming. I'm pretty new to this and no expert at tuning simvibe so I mostly use the the Output Tuning Wizard for now.
I'm at a loss... Wondering if my current amp is just not powerful enough. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if you're still having problems, or if someone else will eventually see this so I'll go ahead and reply anyways.

The most important part is making sure the shakers are mounted properly to whatever you want to shake. Best advice I can give is to keep them as close to your pedals/seat/shifter/handbrake as possible, rather than running them hooked up to the chassis of the rig. You don't rest your feet on the rails of the rig, so that's not the part that needs the vibrations. Make sure the power supply is capable of running the maximum rated voltage/current of the amp board, and make sure the amp board is turned up as high as it will go. Your shakers need to be hooked up all in the same polarity or they will cancel each other out. Beyond that, those shakers just aren't that powerful. Putting more power to them could just damage them.

Make sure that your mixer levels on the individual effects are low enough that it's not just clipping the whole time, otherwise the shakers won't even be moving. If you click on the view tab at the top of the tuning wizard, you can enable clipping notifications.

How much you feel the shakers depends on placements , isolation from the floor etc. Since you have been getting feedback you have set everything set correctly , you can try different installation methods in the rig , and isolating the rig so that vibration doesn't escape to the floor.
