what is the correct pedal angle?

I looked at the pedals on my car and the pedals' travel directly are almost straight forward, with little vertical change of position. also, the pedals are at similar height with the hip.(lowest point of the seat)

translate this to sim racing pedals(t3pa pro, inverted position,  in my rig), the pedals needs to be mounted at a pretty steep angle. (the pedal floor plate is about 30-45 degrees to the ground)

saw many rigs pictures and pedals are not usually set that steep.

I'm sitting at a low position so this shouldn't be a big problem, just wanna know if this is the correct/good way to go?

There's no right or wrong. Go with what feels comfortable to you, it's not a one size fits all situation as the rig itself will somewhat determine the position of the pedal angle. Sounds like you have the pedals set high relative to the seat so it's necessary adjustment for you. It sounds normal to me.
