I just downloaded dirt 4 on steam and when I set my thrustmaster tx up in the settings. i am not getting any wheel movement from 11 o clock to 1 o clock. i also downloaded the update and its doing the same thing. so i went to my thrustmaster control  panel and checked it there and it getting full rotation. i also went into iracing and it works fine. has anybody had any issues like that or know how to fix that issue

Have you removed the steering deadzone from device management>advanced input settings? You gotta set the "configure device" to thrustmaster tx racing wheel in device management and then enter advanced input settings. Im playing with tx wheel on pc and have no issues with deadzone.

the deadzone is set at 0. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it. I also deleted my thrustmaster drivers and reinstalled and its doing the same thing. I am running fanatic v3 pedals so I have 2 inputs. I'm not sure if that would affect it or not.

Hmm. Then im not sure. You have probably tried calibrating the wheel through the calibration wizard too.. I think i had some problem with my steering in game at the beginning too but i can't remember what i did to fix it. I have the wheel, shifter, handbrake and a xbox controller as separate devices without problems, but maybe it's different with pedals i dunno..
