Official Microsoft Steering Wheel & Pedals Help With F1 2015

Firstly I would just like to say hello to everyone this is my 1st post. I know my hardware is old but money is tight and up till now its been working great on my pc via Microsoft Wireless receiver, but probably not to the standards you guys would expect. Anyways my problem is I have a delay in reaction when turning left or right from centre, I probably turn the wheel about 10 degree before it reacts. In the game settings the steering deadzone it already on zero and increasing makes it worse, I really need to lower into negative is this posible by editing file settings some how.

Any advise would be great in the meantime I am saving for G27 but its goings to be a while before I can buy it
