Interestingly enough, the TH8A in sequential mode will be available for F1 2014 (PS3) and F1 2015 (PS4/XB1)... but Codemasters said "no classic content for 2014". (?)

Driveclub (PS4) only compatible with the TH8A.

 

As far as I know the TH8A and the TH8RS are the exact same thing except the TH8A can be plugged in the T300RS and with an USB adapter.

My guess is the PC board in the TH8A might be a little different than that of the TH8rs since the TH8A can plug into the TX and T300 wheels, the TH8rs cannot.

Otherwise, from what I've seen, it's the same shifter.
