This is my "workhorse"

Its a BMW 525im from 1992.

And its modified with bodykit from Maxton Design, and painted with Pearl White and Metallic Black, and in the stripe on the hood i have incorporated the text "Snow White" in 3shades lighter black

Its a fun car that atleast turn some heads

Wife drives a 03 Mini Cooper S, and a 96 Jeep wrangler, son drives a 93 Cherokee, I ride an 03 Buell lightning as a daily driver fuel saver, and drive a 04 Jeep Rubicon on days off.

Ford Focus. Handles well. Not too heavy on fuel. (We get ripped off over here across the pond as far as fuel is concerned) 70% or more is pure tax!

Not sure what the equivalent is in America, Canada etc. 1.6 ltr petrol hatchback basically, but the best handling one over here. We have tight bends you know

2010 Mazda 3 SPORT GT 6spd stick. Needed a 5dr hatch. Great little car. Nimble and with 167hp just enuf to not feel too slow, may add a cold air intake (CAI) later. Like it better then my prev 220hp+ (CAI) 2006 Mazda 6 SPORT GT V6 5spd stick which always felt big to me.

well...my daily commute consists of two flights of stairs, so I don't "need" a car....

having said that, my wife drives an acura mdx, and it's the family/primary car, whenever we need to go out with the kids. I also have a 2000 civic SiR, SC'd and all done up from a former life, but it is pretty much a beater now after years of ultra hard driving..it now sits parked, 99% of the time.

I drive a 2002 Ford Escape, but I have 2 Mustang SVOs - they are my babies (actually i'm anal about all of them). Here's one of them - the hole in the side spat was compliments of the car wash, I had just pulled it out of storage. Luckily I found a new spat, this one dried out and got very brittle. Only 38k on her.

Here's my other one, my fun car - I modify it and try little things, unfortunately I don't have the time or money to restore it so it may be for sale shortly (i'll pick up another one right away, but a show level like the other)

3- VW Polo TDI (wife's car - amazing 3 cylinder diesel it's the cheapest thing to run

4 - Work hack - Ford Fiesta Zetec S (handles really well but is shockingly built and VERY noisey at motorway speeds

5 - 50% of a RAW Striker - currently forsale as we have a new toy and plan.

I drive a 2004 Ford Focus zx3. Just a little 5 speed hatchback, good on gas, decent room, and cheap. But I hardly ever drive it because I am a courier and I drive a 2007 Toyota Matrix for work.

Car buying tip: Never buy a used courier service car.

I recently changed from a privately owned Nissan Primera 2L Sport+ with CVT to a lease provided Renault Megane Break with the puny 1,6 turbo Diesel. Does not really matter though, cause here in the Netherlands you can hardly put your foot down. I'm now looking or replacing the megane with my own chosen lease. Hoping to get a Volvo V50 D2 sport. Also 1,6diesel but with 115bhp.

The one thing I noticed about the two cars, the megane is quite nimble in comparison to the nissan. The Nissan had a lot more horsepower 50pk (thats a lot in Europe ), but the megane handles pretty ok in the corners. And imho the corners are most fun. Straightline speed is cool, but I'll take corners everyday.

I have been privilidged enough to run an Audi A6 V8 325bhp across a circuit here in the Netherlands, boy that was fun. I was even faster than the owner. Later on I got to driver an ex-cup bmw 325i across a little piece of the Assen circuit, nice present from my girlfriend. The instructor even told me I had talent, one of the best days yet. I hope to be able to do trackdays in the future. Till I'll be able to buy a little fun car (hopefully an s2000), I'll stick to the more budgetfriendly Simracing!

Another thing I have to look forward to is a 550bhp Supra. Friend of mine lived in the US and moved back to the Netherlands. I'll allowed to drive the car, once some tax periods have expired. I went along for a ride already and damn that thing moves! He hasn't even mapped it again since he came over from the US, so he'll be able to gain an extra 30 to 50 hp with a more accurate mapping.

Anyway hope to have made clear that I love cars and love driving cars. Does not really matter what, as long as I have some nice corners laying around.

But I'm currently in the decision stage on deciding what to buy next...and the list is down to either:

A. 10' Corvette Z06

or

B. 10' Land Rover LR2

Seeing as I live where it snows (outside of Spokane, WA), the Z isn't my first choice cuz if I'm going to spend that much money, I'll want the car to be my daily driver...and the fact that my fiance' REALLY likes the LR2...I've got a funny feeling it's going to be the LR2 I trade in my Jetta for!

I drive an Alfa Romeo 33 Permanent 4. Pretty little car, 1.7L 150HP and AWD. Stiffened suspension, handmade exhaust, no back seats, Sabelt bucket seat for the driver and Sparco Evo2 for the passenger, plus a rollcage. Its got a fully rebuilt engine with 20k kilometers on it. Not taken to any trackdays... yet.
