GRD 4 3L 28 Report post Posted June 10, 2014 Includes Nurburgring GP, Nordschleiffe, and Nordschleiffe + NGP. The pack is epic! The new scanned track looks just like the way it looks on TV. In addition to the track pack, the booster car pack includes 1967 Repco BT24 Brabham F1 which was the championship winning car in that year! It was not the fastest nor the most powerful but most consistent car. I would have preferred the legendary Lotus 49 or the awesome sounding Ferrari 312 but I'll drive Brabham over any other cars in FM5 any day of the week. The car drives the way GPL cars did (even though it has been almost 10 years since I last touched GPL). Driving the BT24 on Nordschleiffe has been hairy/scary! Need to develop more stable set-up that I can use; the default set-up feels little springly and under-damped. Still, FANTASTIC addition to FM5 library! We've just seen their hot laps in Assetto Corsa (Pagani Zonda) and Project Cars (BAC MONO). This would be a great time, to follow up with this, and offer some comparisons. It will seem absurd before you do it but this is exactly what I've done and its worth it if you have the cash. Amen about the test drive but they probably won't for a while since they did the Project CARS one recently. This is the best version of the Nordschleife I have seen in all of sim racing.
