Transducer/Amp suggestions for First Sim Rig

4 posts in this topic

Hi Gents,

I currently have a Fanatec 911 Wheel with Clubsport pedals, and am going to purchase the Bob Earl VRC MKII Rig.

Need some advice on a transducer for the bottom of the chair/seat and I would also like a transducer for the pedals.

I have had a brief look at the Buttkicker and find the price expensive for my needs/wants at this stage.

Ultimately longterm would look at more transducers and Simvibe, but at this stage want something entry level.

The transducers would need to accommodate my PC and Consoles (not at the same time).

  • What size/good budget transducers would you recommend for the seat and pedals?
  • Can I use a 2 channel Car Amp to power the 2x transducers?

Your thoughts/advice is greatly appreciated.

Best,

Garry

Garry, this question has been asked numerous times, have you tried searching the forum first for an answer? that is normal etiquette. Its tiresome for people to repeat answers that are already there.

  •    perhaps. ensure the Ohms on the Amp match the Ohms on the transducers, most car amps are 4 Ohms

Hi sebj,

Thank you for providing this information.

I have browsed the forums somewhat, the truth is, there wouldn't be many new posts if everybody was looking through old posts for an answer.
