Looking for Sims with Street Cars

I'm just about to make the switch from console to PC. I've been playing the Gran Turismo series since it came out and I've grown to enjoy street cars much more than race cars.

 

So I'm wondering what sims would offer a decent variety of street cars?

I know I wont be finding any titles with as many street cars as Gran Turismo. 

 

I looks like Simraceway has a fairly good selection of street cars (60 maybe). IRacing looks to only have 1 street car along with a handful of race cars that are fairly close to their street counterparts.

 

I plan on checking out GSC which looks to have about 2 street cars as well as Assetto Corsa which seems to have 20 or so.

 

I've only been keeping an eye on the sim racing scene for a short while so if anyone has a suggestion for what other sims to check out I would appreciate it.

Good move on coming to PC racing. Assetto Corsa and rFacto1 are the best choices in mt opinion for street cars, rfactor has a massive modding community and you can pretty much find any street car for it. It also seems to be a popular for drifters.

iRacing has 3, Mazda MX-5, Pontiac Slowstic woops I mean Solstice, and VW Jetti TDI. But you should not get iRacing for street cars. Assetto Corsa is good for that, and its similar to GT and Forza, but has more realistic options.
