Looking for advise on the best single setup to play the following...

I'm hyped to try "Formula Truck 2013 " and so I've signed up here for advise on a single monitor setup ( primarily offline) to allow me to get started in the Sim Racing. I'd prefer to stay away from iRacing till I'm sure this is for me.

I'm also looking at several stand alone titles like "Race07" and "Superstars V8 The NextChallenge".

As I'm not going to race online Would really appreciate any other race title suggestions. ...TopRace??...TC2000?

I'm seriously considering a wood Deathmobile rig setup in my "Den" aka. The Garage. I'm sure even I could build a simple one like that. Already have my eye on a junkyard seat from a Subaru .

Really need a build or per built computer suggestions to play smoothly on a single 32" monitor.

Wheel and pedal suggestions would also be appreciated. Thanks for reading.

This wheel is on the budget side, and works very well.

 

As for sims... Assetto Corsa is offline and buy far the best one for that intention. http://store.steampowered.com/app/244210

 Thanks J.A.R.V.I.S . A G27 looks like the favorite for my budget. I 'm also considering a Fanatac GT3RS V2 but As I just starting out I opt for the easiest option. Got any suggestions or advise re: hardware?

Thanks for replying Ronzer I know that Reiza Studios makes both Formula Truck( so looking forward to that) and GSC 2013 , I was really checking it closely. I originally discounted it as it's design seems like a DTM type clone with only 2 makes of cars. I wanted a little more diversity in my Touring car game ( manufacture wise)so I was looking at Blackbeans 'SuperstarsV8 games' and at the 2Pez 'TopRace' but neither seems to be getting any awe inspiring testimonials. I got 'Race 07' and the SimBin collected packages to fall back on if nothing else gets suggested. I ask you the same I asked J.A.R.V.I.S Got any hardware advise or warnings to pass on to this newb.?
