Thanks.. those looks nice for the price.. I was hoping for 120hz although.. I'm going to keep hunting... if not, i'll jump on these.

Just keep your eyes open.  There are deals out there on 120hz monitors, just have to find them.

Good luck!

ok.. so now the question is size.. i hearing that 27 may be too big???  maybe go with 24"?

I will be purchasing the Obutto rig... so not sure how close i will be sitting to it.  Which size is "average"?

damn.. those Asus 27" are out of my budget.. I spent extra on the PC and don't want to give up anything on the rig.

those Hanns are very appealing.. but just can't find any "expert" reviews on them.

The Hanns are pretty good from reviews I've read although you can get the occasional duff one and durability can be a little questionable - you pay for what you get.

If the ASUS are out of your budget then drop down to the 60Hz versions that I have - they are excellent and $100 cheaper:

It's possible for some displays but you won't notice a difference for it to be worth the hassle.

Believe me 60Hz vs 120Hz is over hyped.  The jump from single monitor to triples is a much more noticeable improvement.

The biggest downside of 60Hz is screen tearing and if you have a powerful GPU that can average over 120FPS (which you have) you'll notice little to no screen tearing at all.

Note you'll also be able to give G-Sync a try with your card which also eliminates 60Hz related issues.  I've never tried it but I've read good things about it and that input lag is now negligible.

I'm assuming that G-Sync will work with any LCD.

Thank you very much, you have been very helpful!

I haven't read much about these monitors so i can't help you much I'm afraid but these look perfectly fine.  Regarding size, 24" is fine, I'd aim to get them as close to your wheel as you possibly can just so you can squeeze as much FOV as you can.
