Hey all, I'm trying to get rid of a spare Openwheeler frame I have. Timestamp: https://imgur.com/a/QQnM2DX This link is what I have (roughly): https://www.amazon.com/OpenWheeler-Chassis-only-included-Racing-PC/dp/B07DPWGVMF/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=openwheeler+GEN2&qid=1614554566&sr=8-4 It includes everything but the chair, which is currently on my Gen 3 rig. The wheel mount and wheel frame attachment is GEN 2, and the rest of the frame is Gen 1. Everything that originally came with the frame is included: all parts, knobs, wrenches and bolts. The only thing missing is a seat, which can be jerryrigged if you can find a cheap one or easily mounted with more formal racing chairs. In excellent pre-owned condition. Did not handle my DD1 particularly well, but is a champ with belt-driven and gear-driven wheels. Asking 100 local cash in the DMV (DC) area, I'm in NoVa. I paid 200 for the frame, and it looks like through the link that's still what it costs. Price fairly firm, but will entertain offers. Shoot me a PM if interested. Thanks.
Looking for a current model Openwheeler cockpit in the St. louis Missouri Metro, will travel a little. I need one for parts. I need the updated Seat base and the updated shifter mount. FOUND. ADMIN DELETE. THANK YOU see photos.
xot3ric posted a topic in General Hardware QuestionsFinally bought a cockpit rig, the OpenWheeler model. Connected my T300RS GT edition to the rig, played for a half hour, and the base dies, no power. Ran all the troubleshooting, send it back to Thrustmaster, got it back, race for a half hour, DIES AGAIN!!! Now I am getting upset. They claim they had to replace the PCB last time, not sure why. Has anyone every experienced this issue? The thing worked fine for the couple months I had it clamped to a table. The mounting bolts are well under the recommended length, I even wedged a rubber seal in between the base and the mounting plate in case it was shorting out. I am waiting on another shipping label, but I can't handle dealing with this a third time. Thanks.
