  1. Hi, as title suggests, I would like to get some aftermarket bushings for my PT-1's. To clarify, nothing is wrong with my current bushings, I just want to experiment with different stiffnesses. Barry Roland did this in his review with a set of 80 durometer bushings off of his HE pedals, and had a lot of positive feedback for them. I'd like to try and find at least some 80 durometer bushing to drop in place of the stock black 70 durometer bushings. Also, it has been announced that 80 durometer bushings will soon be included, but no release date, and I don't want to deal with a wait list. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    SECURING PEDALS TO FLOOR

Many people have difficulty securing racing pedals to the floor – but I've found a great way to accomplish this! First, go to an office supply store and buy one of those small, clear, plastic office floor mats. Now place this under your chair (will also make it easier to roll your chair around). Now clamp your pedals to the edge of the mat. Two normal metal "wood clamps" will work. This setup is relatively inexpensive and will REALLY HOLD your racing pedals in place, even during hard racing! I've had my pedals clamped in this way for several years and it works! Especially great on carpets. Good luck!

  10. I am selling a Thrustmaster T150 (3 months old) with original pedals. I also have a pair of T3PA pedals (unused) that I am willing to sell. These came with a T300. I would like $125 for T150 and $60 for the T3PA. I am in the Austin, Texas area. Prefer local pickup. Might be willing to ship. This is my first post here. I am active in iRacing (recently started) and on GTPlanet.

    Potentiometers DIY

Greetings, A few days ago my T3PA pedals broke, the throttle pedal did nothing. I only had them for a week (!) and I thought that maybe a cable wasn't connected properly. So I opened it up, but then realised that my warranty expires when I did that. So I now have to hape that my warranty is still valid... I assume the problem is caused by a broken potentiometer. Is it possible to fix this by myself? Is it difficult? And which potentiometer do I have to buy? I hope some of you can help me. Stijn Handgraaf (Dutch)

    SOLD

I am selling a gently used Logitech G27 wheel, pedal, and shifter setup. Everything is in great shape with plenty of life left. In fact, the shifter still has the protective plastic on the button plate area. Brake has an upgraded spring assembly that gives the pedal a progressive feel under braking. SOLD
  13. Hi Guys, I wanted to share the pedals I recently modified from the T300. I was looking for a better option than the T300 pedals for 2 reasons, the first one is that the T300 are not the best and the second one because I have an F1 cockpit as a rig and the position I had them in was not the best. There are not many options in the market that could fit into my needs (price, customization, size) but the best one I found was the Real Gear GT pro pedals from Ricmotech but I have a PS4 at the moment and those work on PC only so that was out of the picture. I started looking for parts online and found similar ones to the Real Gear so I decided to modify my T300 pedals. Here are some of the pictures: The T300 pedals were very high so my feet could barely fit inside the cockpit and my legs would get tired very fast. The main parts for the assmebly Slave cylinder connected, completing the brake pedal assembly Took apart the T300 to use the electronics (Potentiometers). Used a small aluminum piece to hold each potentiometer The final assembly Brake Mechanism Here is a video on the pedals and the process:

They've been sitting in my closet for about two years. I decided to sell them so they can be put to good use. Still works perfect. Checked it last night. $150 for local pick up in Los Angeles. I can ship, but would prefer to deal with someone local.

  22. Hi everyone, as you know iRacing dirt is coming soon (hopefully). I thought I would get in early and try to make a simulator for it. One thing that I think will not be very realistic is the pedals and wheel of my Logitech Driving Force GT. I have attempted to create a concept for pedals, all help will be really appreciated! Details Below: So the first diagram is an up-close diagram of the pedal system that I would like to try. Pretty much I have a pedal connected to a rod, which then joins to a travel sensor(mentioned below) and then going to a Derek Speare Design or leo Bodnar board. I have a few questions: 1. Will the Travel sensor work? As in will it have a rebound rate or will I have to put a spring on it? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Linear-Potentiometer-Position-Travel-Sensor-with-Rod-End-Joints-0-to-2-Range-/231305419801?hash=item35dae09c19:g:byIAAOSw-W5UsDWV&vxp=mtr 2. If the travel sensor does work, will it be compatible with these boards? http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=94&products_id=204 http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/12-bit-controllers.html 3. Finally, is there a better way of doing this so that it feels like pedals in a sprint car, mainly the angle of them? Such as using hall sensors or something? All help is appreciated. Thanks everybody
  23. I have a T500RS that appears to have a problem with the clutch pedal. This has been a very confusing & irritating situation as it seems to be a bit of an inconsistent problem. I first noticed that the clutch did not seem to be functioning reliably in PCars (on PS4). In the calibration screen of PCars when I depressed the pedals, the clutch would not register some of the time ... & eventually all the time. I stopped playing PCars for a number of months, but recently bought AC for PS4. To my surprise, the clutch seemed to work fine, but after a few weeks the clutch would occasionally start grinding in game as I changed gears. I'm guessing that the reason is does this is because the game reacts as though the clutch has not been depressed. It is gradually happening more & more, although at times, for a time, it still works OK. My assumption is that there is some mechanical problem with the clutch pedal. Is this a known problem? Is there any established fix? Thanks for any input!
  24. Anyone know of any other ways to make the T3PA (or Pro) a standalone USB set other than the Bodinhausen T500RS Pedal Adapter + Bodnar USB Cable combination? I have a perfectly good DFGT and don't really need a new wheel but the pedals are crap. The T3PA and the 2 adapters put it close to the price of the CSL Elite Load Cell pedals from Fanatec as far as price goes. Figure might as well go with the later if there isn't a cheaper USB alternative for the T3PA.
