  1. Hi all, I have an OpenWheeler GEN3 cockpit that I'm putting up for sale. Selling because I've upgraded to a SIMLAB P1X. This is the latest model of OpenWheeler, with all the latest bells and whistles, in excellent condition. The seat comes with the extra risers for comfort, and all equipment is GEN3 spec. Everything is clean and in like-new shape, adult owned and well maintained. The pedal base is significantly sturdier than previous generations, as is the wheel stand. For what it's worth, I actually used this stand with my Podium DD1 for a few months, and while I wouldn't recommend it as a long-term direct drive solution, it did an admirable job. Recommended wholeheartedly for Logitech, Thrustmaster or Fanatec (belt-driven) wheels. List price for everything on Amazon (risers included, which are sold separately) is about $450 after taxes. I'm asking 220 cash, local pickup in the DC area (Northern Virginia). I think that's a fair price. See pictures for more detail and information. Price firm for now. Don't hesitate to send me any questions you may have. EDIT: SOLD via reddit. Thanks.
  2. Selling my G29 Racing wheel and pedals. Asking price: 300$ Prefer pickup but can also do shipping (buyer paid). Buyer can pay via Venmo after reviewing the wheel. Purchased 6 month ago. Comes with everything included in the original box. Just normal wear and tear on the box, nothing on the wheel and pedals. Selling because I am upgrading to a better wheel. Location: San Francisco, CA, USA

    Logitech G29/G920 Pedals

Selling my Logitech G29/G920 pedals. Only 3 months old. Selling because I have been using Fanatec ClubSport Pedals in place of these. Also compatible with the Logitech G27. Much stiffer brake pedal than the G27s. $80 + Shipping PM me if interested.
  10. A few weeks ago my son switched from his old G25 wheel/shifter combo to a brand new Thrustmaster TX + F1 addon wheel. In the process he lost the G25 shifter that he used mainly for Nascar and MX5 racing. To get a working shifter, there were several choices: Buying a new shifter: obvious but expensive Use the G25 shifter connected to the wheel without using the wheel: inelegant! Buying a Leo Bodnar interface (http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=72&products_id=188): cheap and easy Build our own interface: even cheaper and more versatile We chose the latter option to have the best possible control on the gear shifting logic: the stock G25 shifting logic is somewhat buggy, leading to quite frequent mis-shifts. Having full control of the software also allows adding some new functions: a handbrake mode seems the most obvious as the G25 shifter has all the necessary hardware. In the following posts I will explain all the steps required to build a G25 shifter to USB interface, based on a Teensy 2.0 board. This writeup is split into 5 chapters, each chapter being one post: Chapter 1: Hardware and tools required Chapter 2: Wiring and canning Chapter 3: Software Chapter 4: Tests and configuration Chapter 5: Conclusion
