BenQ ultrawide calibration

I guess this is a question directed for John Sabol or for anyone else that uses this monitor. I have the BenQ ultrawide that you have reviewed and had in videos from the past. Do you use the "Racing" setting for the picture setup or do you have a custom setup you use for the calibration? Thanks!

Give a google to your monitor model and calibration to find if any big reviewer has done proper testing with a colorimeter.

If you just want a quick calibration, then pull up the viewing angle page, http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/viewing_angle.php, making sure display scaling is set to 100%, and use the windows display calibration tool to get the gamma, brightness, and contrast set correctly. Proper white balance is usually a lot yellower looking than most screens come out of the box, but that can all just be to your preference. Color intensity is hard to judge without a reference screen. Most phones have pretty good screens on them that you can compare to
